You, Me, and a Miracle Morning

Join me in a private Facebook group to establish (or renew) a morning routine worth doing! Not a morning person? If you can commit just 30 minutes of your morning for 30 days, you might change your mind. I won’t lie, this might require you to wake 30 minutes earlier than usual if you already have a tight morning schedule. But I promise, it’s worth it!

Every day, we’ll spend 5 minutes practicing each of Hal Elrod’s six Life S.A.V.E.R.S to get our day started on a high note. If you haven’t read Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning, I highly recommend it, but it’s not required to participate in the group. The Life S.A.V.E.R.S. acronym stands for:

Silence (meditation)
Affirmations
Visualization
Exercise
Reading
Scribing (journaling)

If any of those practices are foreign to you, don’t worry, we’ll discuss them in more detail in the group.

Your level of interaction in the group is entirely up to you. If you merely want to use it as a daily accountability check-in to say you completed your Miracle Morning, that’s great. People sometimes want to share a little more about their accomplishments and that’s great too because the community is collectively inspired by the energy we bring. Whatever motivates you to work on the practice every day, do that!
